Shaye Nava In Home Health Care was born out of love, frustration, and an unshakable belief that everyone deserves to belong—right where they live.
As a mother, I found myself searching for in-home health care services for my son, hoping to find not just help, but understanding, consistency, and community involvement. What I discovered instead was a painful gap. Services were limited, fragmented, or simply unavailable in our area.
What began as a mother’s determination to meet her son’s needs has grown into a mission to serve entire families, neighbors, veterans, seniors, and individuals who have been overlooked for far too long. By supporting one person at a time, we strengthen households. By strengthening households, we rebuild communities.
This isn’t just a business.
It’s a promise.
A promise that care can be compassionate.
That support can be empowering.
And that everyone—regardless of ability—deserves a place where they belong.

Driven by passion
I remembered something from my teenage years—a movie I watched called Bustin’ Loose. It followed a group of misled kids who were written off by society, until someone chose to see them differently. What stayed with me wasn’t just the story—it was the idea that when someone is given structure, patience, and a chance to belong, they don’t just change individually—they lift the entire community with them.
Years later, that message came rushing back as I fought for my son’s place in the world.
I didn’t just want services for him.
I wanted belonging.
I wanted him to be seen, supported, and included—not hidden away or treated as a burden.
And I realized that if my family was struggling to find that, we were not alone.
